IDENTOS | Medicaid App Design

During my UX/UI Design internship at IDENTOS, in an Agile team environment, I designed an entire mobile app concept for South Carolina's Medicaid program. The purpose of this demo was to showcase the features of the IDENTOS’ Navigator Application and how it can be used to create a one stop portal for accessing health information in South Carolina.
This concept was designed to help new recipients of Medicaid and provide them with access to their health records, insurance claims and other state benefits. I conducted preliminary research, market research, visual exploration, and UI design.

There were a plethora of links that had to be organized to reduce overwhelming users with information and allow for easy access to relevant information upon opening the app.
